  2. In a cast iron pan or large frying pan, add ground beef, chopped onions, minced garlic and cook over medium heat until ground beef is no longer pink. Drain grease and return to pan.
  3. Sprinkle with seasonings, stir. 
  4. Add tomato sauce and jalape�os, stir and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Unroll pie crust on a lightly flour surface. Using a 4 inch bowl, turn bowl upside down and press down to cut dough. Should be able to get 4 pieces per pie crust.
  6. Add a little water to the edges of the dough before filling to help seal.
  7. Add a small amount of shredded cheese and about a 1/4 cup of meat mixture.
  8. Fold dough over and using a fork, close up the edges by pressing to seal and place on a baking sheet.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk egg and one tablespoon of water together. Using a basting brush, brush egg wash over the top of each empanada. 
  10. Bake for 15 minutes or until empanada crust is golden brown.
  11. Carefully remove from oven and enjoy.

  6. Next, dip your fingers in water and generously moisten the top edge of the wrap, and then tightly roll the wrap around the cream cheese. Rub the moistened edge to seal it shut (just like an envelope). Add more water if needed.
  7. After all of your egg roll wraps are tightly rolled with the cream cheese mixture, roll them around one at a time in the plate of oil until they are well coated, paying special attention to the edges where they tend to cook the fastest.

  4. To plate, add pasta then top with more parmesan cheese and another pinch of red pepper flakes.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the chicken to a gallon size zip top bag. Pour the buttermilk over the chicken. Toss well to coat. 
  2. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  3. Add the corn flake crumbs, flour, and a pinch of pepper to a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. Remove each piece of chicken from the buttermilk, and dredge through the crumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the chicken has been used. Make sure not to crowd your pan, if necessary use two baking sheets. Lightly brush the chicken with olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, make the Korean BBQ Sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, honey, Gochujang (Korean chili paste), rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and 1/4 cup water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly into more of a glaze. Remove from the heat.
  6. Brush or drizzle the chicken generously with Korean BBQ Sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve warm Enjoy!

If the icing seems to thick, add more milk, one tablespoon at a time. If too liquidy, add more powdered sugar. The icing should be a little thicker than syrup consistency. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and soda, and salt and stir together. Make a well in the center and add in the egg, milk, oil, and food coloring. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix. Gently fold in about 1/3 cup sprinkles if desired.
  3. Add a pat of butter to a hot griddle or pan on medium high heat and scoop about 1/4 cup of the mix (or however much you want) to the pan. Cook until bubbles appear, about 2 minutes, flip and cook an additional 1-2 minutes until golden on both sides and cooked through. Serve.

Return the ball of dough to the bowl, cover it with plastic wrap, and set it in a warm place for 45 minutes (I usually set my oven to 200�F just for a couple minutes, then turn it off. I then place the bowl of dough in the oven, which is just a little above room temperature). The dough won�t double in size, but will get noticeably bigger. Place a pizza stone or large, overturned rimmed baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 375�F.
  3. Place a large sheet of parchment paper on a flat surface, and, with lightly tapioca floured hands, transfer the ball of dough to the parchment. Pat the dough out into a circle about 12 inches in diameter, pushing out toward the edges to form a puffy rim of crust. Brush the top of the dough with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Carefully transfer the parchment with the dough onto the pizza stone or sheet pan and bake for 8 minutes. Remove the dough from the oven, prick the middle of the dough in several places with a fork, and add your desired toppings. Return to the oven and for about 5 minutes more. If desired, set the oven to broil and broil the pizza for up to two minutes until browned to your liking. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot. Any leftovers will reheat beautifully in just a few minutes in a 400�F oven.

  • 1 cup half and half
  • salt and fresh ground black pepper
  • chopped fresh parsley, to garnish
  • cayenne pepper, to serve, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large heavy-duty bottom stockpot or dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until bacon renders its fat and begins to brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add onion, celery, carrots, garlic, and thyme; cook until vegetables begin to soften, stirring couple times, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add potatoes, water, and bay leaf. Raise the heat to medium high and bring to a simmer, then lower the heat back to medium and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are halfway cooked.
  4. Add zucchini and corn; season with salt and pepper, to taste, and simmer for additional 8-12 minutes or until the vegetables are completely tender.
  5. Discard the bay leaf and then transfer 2 cups of chowder to a food processor or blender; puree until smooth. Stir the mixture back into the pot. Add half and half and cook just until heated through. Taste for salt and pepper.
  6. Serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley and sprinkle of cayenne pepper, optional.

Instructions

  1. In a medium to large skillet coated with cooking spray cook the beef on medium till almost cooked through but still a little pink (about 7-10 minutes). Break beef up as it cooks.
  2. Add Worcestershire, ketchup, grated parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
  3. Continue cooking until beef is cooked all the way through and is no longer pink.
  4. In the center of the wrap place a slice of cheese and � cup of the beef mixture. Add tomato and lettuce. Then if you are using, and I highly recommend you do, add some ketchup, mustard, and a little mayo. Roll up and enjoy.
  5. If you're using a grill turn on indoor grill to 350 or you can also use a grill plan. Roll the wrap and place seam side down on grill. Once there are grill marks turn over. Grill for another 2-3 minutes then remove.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of the wraps.

  4. Lock the pressure cooker lid in place and set the pressure release valve to "sealing". Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. 
  5. Once the cook time is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes. 
  6. Carefully move the pressure valve from sealing to venting and manually release the remaining steam. Enjoy!

  3. Add onions and celery and cook until tender about 5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add mushroom and saut� until it�s cooked through.
  6. Add the cauliflower rice, the vegetable broth, and soy sauce. Allow the cauliflower rice to absorb the vegetable broth. Cook until it is soft, but not mushy.
  7. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
